Knowledge assistants
If your team searches across folders, manuals and messages for answers, the difficulty may lie in how information is accessed. I build assistants that retrieve relevant material from approved sources and support answers with references.
RAG combines a search for relevant information with the preparation of an answer. Quality depends on the sources, permissions and testing with representative questions.

Agent workflows
Some processes involve repeated effort gathering information, moving it between tools and preparing the next step. I design agents that use defined tools to connect those stages, with human approval where it matters.
I define what an agent may read, what it may change and when it must stop for an exception. Multiple agents are used only when the workflow warrants them.

Custom AI applications
An AI capability becomes more useful when people can bring it into their work. I develop web applications and internal tools around your users, processes and existing systems.
The scope can include document, image or audio workflows where they add value to the task. I define the interface, the review process and how the application presents the result.

Systems integration
When a useful tool remains isolated, people end up copying information between systems. I connect applications through APIs and defined interfaces, including MCP when it fits the architecture.
Before promising a connection with a CRM, ERP or another platform, I review its available interfaces, access conditions and permitted operations.

When everyone uses AI differently, it becomes difficult to evaluate quality and know who should review a result. I help define practical operating guidelines, responsibilities and human oversight.
Training is tied to your team’s tasks: which information they may use, how to check an answer and when to involve the person responsible.

What drives the cost?
The task’s scope, data preparation, integrations, usage volume, testing and operating requirements. I define the assumptions and costs to review before expanding the project. Return estimates are validated against your business data.
What access to my data will you need?
I first establish which sources are needed and who can authorize their use. A limited sample may be enough for a pilot. Permissions, environment and information handling are agreed before connecting systems. An initial inquiry only needs a description of the problem, without confidential documents.
Can you work with the systems I already use?
I review their APIs, permissions, formats and test environments. That gives me the basis to propose an integration or explain a limitation. Compatibility with a particular platform is confirmed through an assessment of its interfaces.
Where does human review belong?
At agreed points based on the impact of the task: reviewing an answer, approving a message or authorizing a change. I also define how cases the application cannot resolve are handled.
How does a pilot begin?
With a bounded task, an owner, representative examples and a baseline of how the work happens today. I agree what to measure and when to decide whether to continue, adjust or stop the test.
