Your information

Privacy notice

This notice explains how I handle the information you share when visiting this website or contacting me about a project.

Last updated: October 20, 2026.

Who is responsible

I am Guillermo Ayala López, the person responsible for processing personal information through this website. My professional address is Arquímedes 15, Col. Polanco V Sección, Miguel Hidalgo, C. P. 11580, Mexico City, Mexico. For any matter concerning your information, email ing.ayala@guillermoayala.com.

Information I receive

The contact form asks for your name, work email, company and a description of your business challenge. You can optionally select a service of interest. If you contact me by email, I receive your email address and the information you include in your message.

The website also processes technical information needed to receive and send messages, prevent spam and maintain security. This may include an IP address and information about the request or browser.

How I use it

I use your contact information to answer your inquiry, understand your company’s needs and follow up on a possible project. Technical information supports website operation, form protection and message delivery.

The form does not enroll you in a newsletter or a CRM. I do not use its responses to make AI-based inferences about you.

How it is handled

Form submissions are stored in WordPress and sent to my email so I can respond. Hosting and email services support the website, storage and message delivery, and process information as needed to provide those functions.

If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics receives information about website use to help me understand which pages people visit and improve the content. See the cookie information for details, or change your choice in cookie preferences.

How long it is kept

I keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle the conversation and its follow-up. When deciding when to delete information, I also consider applicable obligations and any records needed to address responsibilities arising from the relationship. You can request deletion by email.

Your choices and rights

You can request access, correction, cancellation or deletion of your information, or object to its processing. These are known in Mexico as ARCO rights. You can also withdraw your consent or ask to limit use or disclosure. Email ing.ayala@guillermoayala.com with your name, a way to contact you and a description of your request. For a correction, explain which information needs to change.

I will let you know if additional information is needed to locate the records or verify your identity or authority to act for someone else. I will ask for verification only when necessary; please do not send identity documents with your initial message. Requests are handled within the applicable deadlines and conditions. Some obligations may require particular records to be retained or limit deletion.
